★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis client de NetRevolution depuis plus de deux ans, au début j'avais un très bon service, il m'arrivait même de payer 300$ d'avance. Mon problème à vraiment commencer il y a environ quelques semaines, quand j'ai appelé pour signaler un problème technique, j'avais l'assistance d'un excellent technicien, il a isolé le problème et m'a envoyé un autre modem pour régler le problème, il m'a aussi proposé, afin d'éviter de futures problèmes similaires, de changer de forfait. J'ai accepté et eu l'accord que je ne payerai pas les frais d'upgrade 50$ puisque c'est un problème technique, NetRevolution n'a non seulement pas respecté cette entente, mais aussi n'a pas respecté la date de visite de son technicien. J'ai donc attendu toute la journée. Quand j'ai appelé pour faire le suivi, j'ai eu le pire service commercial de ma vie, un agent qui ne lit pas les notes au dossier, qui n'est pas courtois, qui ne te laisse même le temps de parler.
Je ne vous conseille pas de vivre mon expérience. Choisissez un fournisseur internet qui au moins vous respecte.

I accepted and had the agreement that I will not pay the upgrade fee of $ 50 since it is a technical problem, NetRevolution not only did not respect this agreement, but also did not respect the date of visit of his technician. So I waited all day. When I called to follow up, I had the worst sales staff of my life, an agent who doesn't read notes on file, who isn't courteous, who doesn't even give you time to speak.
I do not advise you to live my experience. Choose an internet provider who at least respects you.
