Instead of replacing it, the store told me to contact a Dewalt service shop for warranty repairs. I ended up finding Interline and went there, they took a look and without a question did a brand new battery replacement for me. Amazing customer service at Interline!

Today, I went in and dealt with Danny. Again, he took the time to go through showing me how to install a new chain.
These 2 gentlemen are amazing at their job!
