The staff is always friendly amd very helpful in recommending what will work best for your specific request(s) regarding hair or any other services. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in Victoria and while visiting my family in Kamloops decided to go to Interior Academy for a European facial and massage that I bought from Groupon. I had the greatest facial and massage ever! Hayley W. is absolutely wonderful. She is amazing at what she does and very sweet. She knows what's she doing. If you are looking for a great, relaxing spa experience go see Hayley W. at Interior Academy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my nails done and they looked amazing. I got a full body wax it was also good. Until they got to my brows. One of the students waxed off a lot of my brows and I didn't notice until I had to fill them in. Don't come here to get your brows waxed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The students were very friendly and professional, the environment was very relaxing. I had a mani and pedi and they were fantastic. Prepare to stay at least twice as long as you would in a professional spa, the students are learning so it takes longer... but since I was being pampered the extra time was welcome. My gel polish lasted over 2 weeks on my hands without any issue or chips or wear... the gel polish on my toes is still beautiful 3 weeks later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The students are great as are the instructors. The receptionist ( paid employee, not a student) makes a lot of mistakes, is defensive, rude. She is a huge liability to this business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our second time at the Interior Academy and we were treated great! Very clean salon area, friendly instructors and students. Our haircuts were exactly as we had requested. They offer great deals each month too, which can be found on their Facebook page. We are looking forward to our next appointment there.
