IDI specializes in delivering high-performance buildings through building commissioning, sustainable design facilitation including green building rating system and net-zero energy consulting, and energy management including energy audits and measurement and verification.
We have worked on many landmark sustainable projects, such as the Manitoba Hydro Downtown Office project, Winnipeg Airport Terminal, Richardson College for the Environment, and the net-zero Mosaic Centre for Mosaic Centre for Conscious Community and Commerce. We also have been involved with the re-purposing of existing buildings, such as our work on commissioning the Winnipeg Police Services Headquarters building. We have the regional capacity to successfully deliver projects of any size, and consistently exceed our clients' expectations.
