G	GR JOE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife visited Integra Tire for an oil change, when she returned to pick her SUV the servicemen had also replaced the air filter(s). So there was an additional charge of $100 above and beyond the oil change. All though the service is well intentioned they performed the work without authorization. When asked about the service they said they typically perform it without any concern from their customers. In contrast to other shops this is typically not done unless the owner authorizes the additional labor and parts. The supervisor was helpful in trying to offer a solution at a later date but not at the time of my wife's visit. This can easily be avoided by asking and making recommendations prior to performing additional work. Typically our experience has been very good here but will feel the need to ask for transparency upfront if we continue to get service here.
E	Erin Gossweiler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As we were driving through Grand Forks on our honeymoon we discovered that we were in need of immediate brake repair on our camper van. Though Integra was closing, owner Peter welcomed us in, got to work right away, quickly assessed and trouble shooted the problem and had us back on the road within an hour. It was quickly made evident that Peter was very knowledgeable, experienced and competent as a mechanic. While we were there we discovered that the waiting room was air-conditioned and the bathroom clean and tidy. Peter also answered our questions and gave us some helpful maintenance tips for us to look into when we returned home. We are so grateful for Peter and his wife Alice and would HIGHLY recommend Grand Fork's Integra Tire to all those in need of repairs or vehicle advice.

We had a spare that we used, but it was pretty wonky so we decided we needed a couple more tires for peace of mind. Checked online, Integratire was the only tire shop open on the holiday. I called ahead, got really professional customer service, and upon arrival they had the size we needed, and were able to set us up with some new tires super quickly. Thanks so much for bailing us out guys!
M	Mike DeGirolamo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased four Michelin tires for my RAM350 from Integra Tire. The price was competitive and the tires arrived within a couple days. Peter was quick to schedule an install. I unfortunately ended up with a drivetrain vibration that became apparent after the tires were installed. Integra went out of their way to address my issue including rebalance, rotating front to rear to identify the problem, and eventually replacing two of the four tires. Notwithstanding that my issue still exists, I am thoroughly satisfied that Peter and the staff at Integra made every effort to address my problem. Next stop Kootenay Chrysler.

Peter squeezed us in without hesitation. He immediately diagnosed it was the alternator belt. We purchased a new one and he installed it right away. We asked what we owed for this repair and he said he wouldn't charge us and wished us a good rest of our vacation. We are definitely appreciative of Peter and the team at Integra Tire in Grand Forks! Thanks for helping us enjoy our precious time off!

While staff did not have the required tire & tube in stock, they located a replacement and told me they could have it ready in a couple of days. I left the wheel for repair and am looking forward to picking it up early next week. I also inquired about getting a seasonal tire swap done on a drop in basis. In spite of being fully booked, staff agreed to squeeze my vehicle into the queue for service during the lunch hour. It only took the shop about 15 minutes to get the job done and the cost was very reasonable. Thanks, Integra Tires. When it’s time for new rubber I’ll definitely be checking your products out!
