We are in a bi-level and noticed the coolness this past winter. I am sure we will definitely notice a difference this winter in warmth and in the heating bill. C	Curtis Dylke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exterior Walls and Attic This is the 3rd time I have used Insulation Police in various houses. This project was on a 1950 farm house with 2x4 stud framing. The contractor wanted to just use insulation pink as it was quicker but I talked with Greg on time lines and he said he would be in and out in 3 days. This was an 1,800 square foot job that included all exterior walls and attic. Greg and his team were able to complete within the timeline and send me updates along the way. Attached are some pictures Greg sent me along the way to show the process or what he was going to fix. In the attic, Greg blew in 13" of wall bar to give the attic R50 rating. For the walls, Greg filled the walls with wall bar giving it an approximate R30 value. Once completed, our biggest noticeable difference was the sound blocking from the nearby highway. With the old insulation plus plaster/drywall, you could hear the noise from the highway. Now with Greg's insulation, the furnace runs less and no traffic noise. Hopefully this is the last house I have to do but if not, Insulation Police will be the first call.
J	J Romney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to Greg and his team for a great job. We had the insulation added to the attic so that we qualify for the Greener Homes and City of Edmonton rebate programs. The installers also did a very thorough job and found a few unexpected deficiencies that needed fixing, plus made significant improvements as the original attic insulation done in the 1990s was quite uneven. An area beside the garage need more insulation and so now that adjoining room is warm and cozy instead of being cold all winter. We've certainly noticed the furnace isn't going on as often the last few days now that the house is much better insulated.

They did a good job of sealing their work area with poly and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Now that the weather has turned cold, we are grateful for their work. He said the job could be done in one day which it was, that it wouldn't leave a mess - which his team made sure that it did not, and that we would notice a difference once the attic insulation was in place - which we have: the furnace is not running as hard and we now have uniform heating in the house. As Greg and his team discovered issues with my 1990s attic insulation I was informed what was found and what they were doing to fix it. They checked ceiling light fixtures and made sure they were sealed properly and made sure bathroom and kitchen fan stacks to the roof were sealed off. My job required extra above the original quote that was explained and reasonable. Other than this extra, the quote was honoured as given. Greg and his team are personable, friendly and professional. If you need attic insulation I highly recommend insulation police.
