★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and bad customer service, wanted to print flyers and he printed in simple papers which any at home printer can print, I asked if I can use the computer just to change from landscape to portrait as he wouldn't even do this much, said he will charge me for designing ( yes just to make it fit on page he calls designing) and he charged me to use the computer as if its 1999 where you pay $5 to use computer for one minute...bad bad bad service, no respect for customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience ever. quoted over the phone. doubled the price after arriving in the store. used my paper that was provided as size sample.
No adequate customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone .
On the other side to be honest. the printing was good and the accommodated a rush order. But because of the price change and customer service I wouldn't go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was out of my normal business cards. Just happened to be next door grabbing a slice of pizza and noticed this shop. He said he could have cards ready for me by the end of the day. To my surprise they were able to have 500 cards ready for me within the hour. Thank you very much for your service. I will be back to discuss vehicle graphics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get a book unbound, person at the front didn't even acknowledge me, after a while I started to talk and asked about unbinding a book, he kept looking at his computer while talking to me and I couldn't hear and asked him to repeat himself, he then reluctantly got up to come to the counter. He was very rude, as was the other man working there. They did not even understand how unbinding would work and how to hole punch the book afterwards, they kept saying there was not enough space even though I kept trying to explain how it would work, the older man kept arguing and I said I would just take the book somewhere else then but they would not hand it back and kept going on about how the hole punch wouldn't work, the older man was just not willing to accept he was wrong and kept wasting time trying to explain it. They then finally unbound the book and realized it could be hole punched. They were very rude, didn't know how unbinding works when they say they do, very unprofessional. I have never had such a terrible experience like this before, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped by this place to have my “Save the Date” wedding invites printed. The day I stopped by they had a closed sign up but someone inside saw me reading the hours of operation and graciously helped me with my printing request. I didn’t have a standard size PDF so they also assisted me with the sizing which I found really helpful as I’m not very tech savvy.
My invitations were ready a couple days later at a reasonable price. I would definitely go back for any printing request - they made it easy! Thank you!
