"Kelly was super helpful and gave me several suggestions on how to repair and possibly renovate the washroom. In the end the technician was able to repair the broken shower, making it better than new! I wasn't really ready to do a full renovation so it was a great outcome! This included the main floor powder room, the upper floor main bathroom and ensuite bathroom along with painting of the master bedroom, hallways, and installation of new flooring in all these areas. While touring the house, Greg Law made suggestions to consider. He returned with Kelly Hamm and a detailed quote to review. We looked over the quote item by item, addons or deletions were discussed, and revisions were made. To my pleasure they were willing to incorporate the design boards that had been prepared by a design consultant. Before signing the contract, Kelly returned for another walkabout with the carpenter/tradesman Gabriel. This was a crucial step in planning how to make the shower space bigger in the ensuite. It required removing the bulkhead, a section of the wall, and framing of the linen closet in the hallway as well as reframing the closet. Once the reno started it was easy for me to keep track of what was being done. If plumbing or electrical expertise was required, it was planned for and had minimal impact on the completion of the job. There were no surprises at the end of the job about the cost. The work started on the date agreed upon and was completed within the anticipated time frame. Gabriel and Veronica are meticulous, conscientious, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Veronica is also an expert painter. It was a pleasure to work with Kelly, Gabriel, and Veronica. Any questions or concerns were dealt with respectfully and promptly. I am incredibly pleased with the results and recommend them to anyone considering a renovation.

Kelly’s team consists of quality tradesmen and a coordinator who manages the renovations very tightly. Communication was excellent and at the end of the day we are left with a fantastic bathroom, tiled with a beautiful Matt Black By-pass door! We love it!
C	Christina López on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a large floor area - kitchen, hallway, bathroom - entirely replaced with ceramic tile by Inspired Spaces. The previous flooring was probably installed in the 1990s, and was different in the bathroom and in the kitchen / hallway areas. The project manager at IS was great with giving me an excellent detailed project cost, labour, materials and time estimate, and it was followed to the letter. The work was performed over one week, with removal of the old flooring by one team of great workers, the tiling installed over several days by a really excellent team of two people, and then old debris removal shortly afterwards and a wonderful cleaning service by two people after the work was done. The quality of work was top notch every step of the way, communication was excellent and the project manager was available easily by phone. A few months later I did notice a plumbing glitch consequent to the toilet (re-)installation after the flooring was installed, but I had it fixed, and Inspired Spaces immediately covered the bill. At the same time, I took stock again of how I feel about my new floors, and I fully re-endorse Inspired Spaces for their high quality of work, including exquisite attention to detail that amounts to real craftsmanship, and personal attention to client service. - Christina

They took our very tired '80s renovated bathroom with no redeeming features, and gave us the bathroom we had dreamed of. We had our bathroom completely gutted in order to move both plumbing and electrical, to replace an oversized jacuzzi tub with a fabulous walk-in shower and to create space for a great vanity and storage tower. Renovating in a 100+ year old house is always interesting, but all surprises were handled by the team with creativity and finesse. Working with Kelly was great. He came in regularly to review the work his team was doing, answering his phone or returning calls quickly, ensuring that any questions were immediately addressed. And the sub-trades working with Kelly and his team were all personable, funny, highly professional and did exemplary work. Our bathroom is beautiful.
