These are the three words I have to describe this company.
1) Unethical: During a time of crisis my building called Insight Restoration to come into do an emergency inspection / restoration. During this process a THEFT occurred. A police report was filed
2) Unprofessional: After speaking with Igli Tafilica I was told that clean up would be conducted and I would not need a cleaning company and that my furniture would be restored. This was a lie - the place is a disaster and my furniture was not put in place
3) Negligent: Baseboards with exposed nails and wires were never secured. I am no expert when it comes to this industry, however I do have common sense. Leaving exposed nails with lose wiring around, to me is an act of negligence.
I repeat
1) Unethical = Theft
2) Unprofessional = Lies
3) Negligent = Carelessness

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never transacted business with Insight Restoration, however I have had the pleasure of getting to know Igli Tafilica personally and professionally. Very likeable guy who understands the importance of integrity.
If you find yourself in need of restoration work, you cannot go wrong by calling Insight Restoration first......

Very dangerous drivers. Witnessed both drivers of "Insight Restoration" vans drive aggressive, recklessly. Pictured is their driver running one of many red lights.
Update reply to company: You have not investigated and we are not your competitor. I witnessed two (2) "Insight Restoration" vans rush towards a yellow and ran yellow light.
