★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will just make this quick. For many years I have suffered from chronic lower back pain. I have tried everything from massage to acupuncture to Chiropractor to exercise to pain killers with out much relief . Until now. Mary from Inside Out Holistic Therapies is amazing. She is able to use deep muscle Shiatsu massage on me to target the source of my pain and heal my Sciatica and lower back pain after only 30 to 60 minutes. I just go for regular monthly visits and all is well. I am now able to play golf 3-4 times per week. Retirement is great thanks ro Mary Olajos Shiatsu masseuse extrodinaire.

I had stopped doing yoga for a quite a few years and Mary helped re ignite my joy for it by making me feel comfortable and her patience in giving instruction. Your health, well being and comfort level is always her top priorities and she puts you at ease with her professionalism, knowledge and encouragement. Mary has a wealth of information on everything from proper stretches to skin care products to nutrition. You always leave her sessions feeling better about your body, mind and soul. Mary offers a host of services that will benefit your body and spirit. I cannot recommend Mary enough. Thank you for everything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mary teaches a great course very friendly and professional? she worked with my crazy schedule so i could still get my course done on time with no problems. I would reccomend her course to anyone thinking about getting in to massages if your looking to get one yourself or learn to do them she is a great teacher with paitience and experience.
