I will be going back again and I am curious enough that I will probably want to try the hand and feet detox as well as the infrared sauna. Also I was pleased to see they use doTERRA oils as I am a fan of those.

I brought my Mom with me to enjoy the 1 hr Salt Cave and 1 hr Hand and foot detox today. Its very relaxing and your soothed by running water and nature sounds. Valerie has done an exceptional job in making sure the Holistic Salt Therapy & Cave is clean and safe for everyone to enjoy. What a great experience, thank you Valerie for having us today ?
c	c s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 Stars! A surprise, my husband arranged for a friend to whisk me off to the Holistic Salt Therapy and Cave. My spouse and I had visited years ago when it first opened, and I must say that it was even better this time! Everything was thoroughly explained, and we appreciated that nothing was rushed, and even Valerie’s (the new owner) voice was calm and soothing. As we moved throughout the rooms, our comfort was Valerie’s priority, right down to bringing us back to the real world gently at the end of each session. We started with the detox room, and wouldn’t I like to bring home the lovely slab of warm salt under my feet and the comforting heated mounds under my hands (and tennis elbow, which seems to have improved since being there). The cave felt cut off from the world, and with the gentle sounds of water, and the warm blanket, we could have stayed all afternoon in the zero gravity chairs. We finished with the infrared sauna, and when we exited the sauna, I found a helium birthday balloon with chocolate-dipped Oreos from a local store. A lovely and thoughtful touch! It was a great experience, and my friend and I agreed that we would be back to visit soon.
