First they tried to up the price of bus passes before the actual Calgary Transit increase, now they are trying to do the same with the permanent stamps from Canada Post - they just tried to make me pay .85/cents each when the Canada Post increase doesn't come into effect until March 31st. The woman at CP told me they are NOT allowed to do this. They also wanted $3.50 for a postcard which is ridiculous, found the same one on Stephen Ave for .65 cents. These people are crooks! I wish I could give them zeros stars but was forced to give them 1.
M	Mango Pudding on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to buy something today with my debit card and the machine said approved but the owner said it was declined. Later I confirmed with my bank that the transaction had gone through and contacted the owner about it, he said he'd call the terminal company but hasn't gotten back to me at all. When I asked him about it he just said he was too busy to call. I've called the bank to investigate this. I want my money back! UPDATE: I called the owner and he confirmed the transaction went through so I went back to pick up my purchase. However, still not going to shop there ever again after what happened. The owner never bothered to call me back, I had to always chase him.
T	Tyler Power on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always came to this location, 4 out of 5 business days a week that I was in the office. Today the store was having system issues when I was cashing in, I paid for my items the first time and the system said declined. I tapped my card a 2nd time when prompted and the system said Approved. I was taking my things to leave, but the clerk stopped me and said my card didn’t work, I told him the system said approved and he wouldn’t listen and made me pay again. In order to get a refund, I had to take out my banking statements and show my transactions! Will not be returning.
