★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was invited to sample some Hoopla Donuts for free as part of their gifting program. All opinions are my own.
I'm not usually a donut person but I loved the wide selection of donuts that they have available. My friend and I arrived at around 9 am, and a long line formed behind us and didn't really let up for the hour we were there. I took photos of all the donuts we got between the two of us (including a special edition Negroni donut made with Burwood Distillery gin), but the ones I actually tried were the passionfruit, which I liked for the contrast of the tart glaze against the sweet donut, and the London Fog, which I also enjoyed - it has a nice light cream filling inside though I would personally enjoy a stronger Earl Grey flavour. Both donuts had a soft texture that I enjoyed.
I would say service-wise it was just a little awkward that they only had individual plates for each donut if you were eating them there (we ended up getting five donuts so a bigger plate would've been easier to carry) and only large boxes (or individual bags) for takeout. Otherwise I had a lovely time and would be happy to go back to try more varieties, though based on other reviews I'm assuming the earlier you go, the better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The donuts here are awesome. They are a bit pricy but it's worth it. It's not bad I guys to reward yourself once in a while. My favorite flavor is the cream brulee. The dough is so soft and the sweetness is just perfect. Highly recommend this place.

The staff was amazing to me and donuts were delicious and made my daughter's Bday the best.

They sell out pretty fast, there won’t be much selection left after lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Referring to the vegan donuts. Very happy to see vegan options, however, found the donuts to be too sweet and cakey. We got 4 flavors to try, Coconut Lime, Coconut Mango, Passion Fruit, and Maple. From these, I would recommend the passion fruit flavor, the lime ones were overwhelmingly citrusy and the maple donut wasn’t well balanced in flavor as in it didn’t have enough of a maple taste.

Just the right amount of sweetness as some other places are overly sweet.
Not the prettiest looking donut and a little pricier than most but still excellent.
I will absolutely come back for more.
