★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Constant overtime and expect you to work around the clock to deal with incompetent colleagues from China. Unfair and noncompetitive compensation plan. Paying lower than minimum wage.
No career growth; zero identity
Managers call meetings in 8 am or 9pm and expect you to attend.
I was an extremely successful executive which was let go for discriminatory basis and then not paid wages, and bonus earned for retaliatory reasons that continue to happen. Management and its leaders are accomplices to this perpetual hostile and abusive environment that is also rewarded. My subordinate got the same monthly salary as me.
Unqualified leaders. Favouritism. Drove employees into the ground often working 15 hr days with unrelenting harassment and publicly demeaning employees. Many co-workers got teased, blamed, criticized during their presentation. If you are not part of the bullies, you will get bullied.
