Our story was very fast and stressful day of conditions our mortgage company, who we had been with for 13 yrs decided they did not like the plumbing of our new home and left us stranded. Luckily I had reached out to Greg and Kris prior to deciding to port and they did everything to ensure we had a mortgage in time for closing, we did extend the closing date an additional 4 days but I can not of imagined a better team essentially saving my family from being homeless. We owe them so very much!!! In addition to their solution based approach, they put my family first to ensure our finacial future was primary to their own profits, and of course professional and honestly the most genuine people. We have already recommended to our friends and family.

Greg is very knowledgeable and experienced, which was a tremendous help especially if you're self employed. I would recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage.

Even with vacations in the mix one was always available and kept me up to date on any progress. They helped me clearly understand the process and had my best interest in mind throughout. My application first appeared simple and straightforward and should go through without any concerns. Sadly that was not the case. I learned during their credit check that I was still liable for my ex-husbands debt. He was in breach of contract from our divorce that occurred 2 years ago. Apparently this happens more than you'd think. My situation delayed our renewal process significantly and lawyers got involved. Until I could get the letter to release me from his debt, I would not qualify for my mortgage renewal. I was well advised by Greg and Donna, in the end I got the amazing rate we had hoped for and my ex could start unpacking his house. I would recommend Innovation Mortgage Solutions to anyone I know. I will not renew my mortgage in future without them.

In addition, Michael proactively negotiated for a better rate on my behalf without any prompting, while Jess proactively sought and provided key updates for me towards the mortgage closing date. I also liked the fact that they attempt to work with the lawyers directly on certain matters and thus removing myself to be the messenger. These are small but valuable acts to me as I typically have a very busy schedule during the day. They aren't something average brokers would do, and hence I truly appreciated them. I would work with this same team again and also recommend them to others.
