The skills and information I learned throughout the course are invaluable. They are both invested in every one of their students and truly care about their successes after the courses have ended. They prioritize the highest standards in the industry and made it so much fun to learn. I left feeling fully confident in my skills and have ongoing support not only as mentors but as a relationship with other artists in the community as well. I've since has so many question where I did my training and couldn't recommend anyone else!

Ciara made me feel so comfortable with something I really wanted to do but was nervous about and took the time to explain the process step by step. The shop itself is kept so clean and has the absolute cutest decor. These girls are great at what they do and tailor the experience to each individual client. They continuously educate themselves and keep up with all the latest trends, technology and machinery. You are made to feel like part of the girl gang during your appointment and shown how much each client is cared for. I highly recommend Innovative Beauty in every way. I am SO glad I did! The class was very laid back and friendly, and of course, so informative. Both Ciara and Jen made sure to go over everything and answer every question we had to the fullest. When model day came, I felt very comfortable and confident in my new abilities. With them by my side watching my every moves and positively correcting me when needed, my model also felt relaxed and in good hands. They showed us how to be overly careful with our cleaning and disinfecting and I am proud to follow the same rules now in my own salon. I am truly blown away by all the knowledge these 2 have, and their willingness to share all of their secrets. Ciara and Jen treat their students like friends, and make you feel part of the family right from the start. I am so thankful I decided to advance my career with Innovative Beauty Academy. It was a pleasure to be able to learn from these amazing women. Jenn and Ciara are honest, hard working women who want to see every woman have a successful career. Not only did Jenn and Ciara provide me with everything I needed to start working the day I graduated, they provided me a place to work, and gave me all their knowledge of how to run a successful business. Their mentorship has given me the confidence to work on my own. I can ask a question or advice anytime I need. I have gained a large group of supporters and fellow colleagues thanks to the encouragement of Jenn and Ciara. They always encourage women to work together and build eachother up. I am so grateful to be able to have met these ladies and be able to work beside them. I will never be able to truly describe how much this experience changed my life and professional future. I sat on the fence for two years before taking the leap and the one thing I can suggest is do not waste the time I did. I would have been two years happier if I hadn't waited.

They CARE about their students and their clients. The education was comprehensive and organized, and the products provided to students in the kits are high quality. When you finish your education, you are prepared and equipped to provide quality services to your own clients. Jen and Ciara offer mentorship to all their students for a year after graduation, as well as a chair rental program within their studio. I was so nervous starting the course not knowing what to expect or really what I was doing- Ciara and Jen were so very welcoming and kind- sharing their own stories of their careers and their "why". I had so much fun learning from them- their personalities compliment each other and their hilarious back-and-forth banter really makes the experience memorable and personable. If you want to learn from people who never stray from their values as the industry trends in different directions- choose Innovative!!! ALSO if you are looking into PMU services, these ladies know their stuff and are so incredibly talented. The studio is kept with a high standard, their sanitization practices and supply selection is meticulous and exceeds industry standards... You will not regret taking your business of any kind to Jen and Ciara.
