LED lighting helps set the room’s ambience as well as focus the attention on the podium or some other feature of the event. The lighting can be soft and simply set the tone in the room. Lighting can also be the show itself. The photo on the right shows an intriguing moving lights projecting onto the ceiling of the gala event. One of the features of today's LED lighting is that one fixture can display any colour that you want. Many of the lights can be controlled remotely so that the colours can 
change as desired. An example would be an events program that would have a lighting colour change for each section of the program. The printed copies of the program can lead the delegates by coordinating the colours: green for the opening remarks, yellow for the keynote presentation, blue for dinner and red for the entertainment. See the Commerce social below where the LED lighting display certainly helped keep the 3,000 students dancing the night away. The event included fixed lights as well as moving lights and the haze captures the light beam. The moving lights are programmed in advance so there are many ways that the lighting moves can be scripted into the event. [video width="1280" >Gobo effects are images that are usually embedded in glass and are fit into a lighting instrument. The projected image is commonly directed at a stage backdrop, or a wall or floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ some staff were nice, others not to nice. i know how they work on the inside and it is to be ashamed of. they work their staff into the ground and try and make work your life. family to them comes second. i recently heard they lost some employees and that they have to hire new people every 2 to 3 months. garbage benefits and a toxic environment to work at. they dont deserve the business they get. anyone the buys from here are just making terrible workplace bosses richer and still they dont have good employment standers. i very much dislike this place.

I am the one spending money. Was hoping to help local business but ended up with a larger non local Canadian successful company with better business etiquette and customer service. Spending less and receiving better service elsewhere. But not going to mention who as I am not sponsoring and endorsing. Just saying inland AV was not my ideal place for business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started working here almost a year ago(service). Definitely loving working here! The work is can be challenging at times but thats the skilled part of skilled labor. Work benifits are included and as a family man they are so very understanding when I need some time off work to attend to them. Ive only ever worked 8-5 with a little overtime and the occasional week outside the city.
If you were to work in the rentals department you could expect to work various hours and spurts of hard work.
Sales department can always help anyone find what they need and even what they didnt even know they needed.
We do our best to please everyone whenever possible. I'll be apart of the inland a/v family for many years to come.
