I have only installed the black cartridge so far, but it is working just as well as the much more expensive set I got last time. Easy to do, no issues with installation. Great value compared to the name brand. Product as described and worked like a charm. Quick shipping and packaged well. Easy to open and easy to use

Service was quick and the cartridges fit with no problem.
Price was better than anywhere in my area to go and purchase at a brick and mortar store.
What I especially liked was each of the three cartridges was individually sealed in plastic so no concerns about drying out.

My wife loves her toner cartridge, and I love the price. It works great, she was able to easily install it herself, and the pages look awesome. Copies just like the expensive name brand. Price is unbeatable.
So far, so good. I lost track of the count, but I'm sure I'm getting better than 2,000 pages per cartridge with no negative side effects.
Highly recommended.

I would recommend for anyone with a laser printer. I bought four of them. They did go up price-wise but what is not getting more expensive?
Nowadays! The print quality is amazing and super easy to use and install in our printers! My family has been buying the same toners from this company for years for our family business and they have never failed us.

Ever since we bought our laser printer many moons ago, I have replaced the stock HP cartridges/drums with compatible products like this one. I have never been disappointed in the quality of the printouts, and this recent purchase is right in line with those results. I am a photographer, so the quality of the images is important to me, and this True Image pack did not disappoint. The cartridges have a nice build quality and were very well protected for shipment.
It was very easy to install, and my printer recognized it right away -- I didn't have to do any reconfiguring in the settings, for example. If the printing quality holds up over time, I will be buying all of my toner replacement cartridges from True Image. The price for the quality cannot be beat!
Will buy again..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time ordering online with Ink toner shop as i live in toronto. First cartridge resulted in a blue streak on my documents. I asked for a replacement .the replacement had different labels from the first cartridge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ink Toner Shop had the drum unit for my Xerox WorkCentre 6605 in stock, and shipped it promptly. Very happy about this, because 2 weeks earlier I ordered the same thing from Zoomtoner.ca, got a shipping notice from Canada Post, and 10 days later, an email from Zoomtoner saying they were out of stock.
