We haven't been able to do my touch-up yet because of Covid and I am way passed the date for it yet she has gone out of her way to reach out, check in and rebook me as soon as possible. I knew nothing about the lip blush process upon arrival but felt very informed and comfortable by the end of my first appointment. I was nervous when I first got to my appointment but she made me feel comfortable and assured. She is extremely qualified and meticulous in her work, making sure that everything is symmetrical and clean. Her studio is trendy and neat, and she plays great music. She is also extremely careful when it comes to COVID, which I really appreciate. After the procedure, the aftercare was pretty minimal other than some flaking for 5 days or so. I came back in for a touch up and after that healed is when I saw the finished product and I loved it! My unsymmetrical and thin lips have always been a minor insecurity of mine and Jessica helped me become more confident in myself. I would 100% recommend her to my friends and family, and know that you are paying for someone who is experienced and detail oriented and who's number one goal is to make sure her clients leave happy. As someone who works in the industry, consultations are the most important aspect in understanding clients needs. Jessica takes her time to get to know you and asks questions to give her a feel of the creative work you are looking for. I got the lip blush as well as powder ombre brows. I have been so pleased with the lip blushing that Jess did earlier this year for me, that I returned to have her do my eyeliner. Once again, Jess provided her full attention to finding out exactly what I wanted to achieve and explained how the procedure would be done. My comfort was always her biggest concern, which I appreciated. In the days that follow Jess has explained to me what to expect and assured me that any areas that need further attention will be dealt with on my follow up appointment in 4 to 6 weeks. I have so much confidence in Jessica and her skills as an artist and would recommend to her to anyone who is considering lip blushing or eyeliner. I should mention that I am a 63 almost 64 year old woman. So to all of you older ladies out there, you can be confident that you can have these procedures done safely and skillfully by Jess, who takes into consideration our wrinkles and saggy areas and works with them beautifully. Having my lips and eyeliner done has made my life so much easier and my makeup application quicker, especially as my eyesight gets worse! LOL! She did my brows and lip blush with precision, which I absolutely love. My orange brows are all covered up! Highly recommend booking an appointment with her.

I found Jess through a friend’s social media years ago but decided to take the plunge last month. I waited for the healing of my top winged eyeliner before posting here. First impression of Jess is that she is so professional and she is very passionate about what she does. She explains the procedure before and throughout the tattooing. She asked me what I wanted, what kind of flexibility I wanted, and she gave her advice on how I should tattoo so that with age (and sagging and collagen loss). I am SO happy with my eyeliner and have gotten compliments on it already. A month later, my eyeliner looks sharp and very rich black matte still. She uses high quality pigments and I don’t have to worry about my eyeliner fading, crusting, or turning blue or red. I will eventually go back to her when my ombré powder eyebrows fade to have that done as well. If you are wondering or on the fence, take the plunge. It is so worth it!
