I explained my situation to Alyssa and this saint of a woman had me come in and she fixed me up and made them exactly how I like it. I was so comfortable with her I ended up falling asleep which never happens due to severe anxiety issues. But she is just an embodiment of warmth and welcoming. If you need brows done, and want quality work and see someone who is passionate about their job, Alyssa is your gal.

She was very careful and the result was simply perfect! So when the one year is up, I did not hesitate to book the touch up with her again. My brows are looking so fluffy right now and I just love it! The shop itself is very clean and the atmosphere is nice and calm. I will be a loyal client of Brow Beauty Lab for years to come for sure <3

She made sure I was totally happy with the shape and colour of my brows as I decided I wanted them darker and thicker when I came for my touch up.

I basically had no hair at all and have the unique issue of being born with two different coloured eyebrows. I was not sure microblading would even work for me as I barely had any hair and was terrified of the idea of obvious pencil lines on my face. I booked a combo brow appointment with Melissa and I am beyond thrilled with how my eyebrows look. They look incredibly real!! (way better than what I would try to do with so many different brands of brow pencils and brow tutorials). I can't put a price on what it feels like after washing my face and having perfect natural looking brows 24/7. I used to be so self-conscious and now I don't have to worry about my brows smudging off or looking unsymmetrical. I do not know how Melissa makes them look so real, but I am so grateful and cannot recommend Brow Beauty Lab enough.

I am a product of the 90s brows and she made my face feel normal again. Totally worth every cent to get your brows done the right way by someone you can trust. Alyssa is super professional and a lovely person - really calm and confident energy that made me feel like I was in good hands. She took on board all of my requests and did a great job. My brows look just like me but a better version that makes sense! No regrets having it done and would go back to her again. Highly recommended.

Melissa strikes a perfect balance of professional and friendly. She conducted a thorough consult at the first appointment, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was ready to move forward. She is highly skilled - she understood my goals and gave precise effect to them. She did the work calmly and efficiently. When it became apparent after the initial healing period that a part of one brow didn't take (no one's fault; the healing process differs between people,) she fixed it at the first touch-up session and offered a complimentary further touch-up to ensure it looked exactly right. It has been about six months since the initial session and everything looks great. I get a ton of compliments on my brows from people who have no idea I had anything done to them until I tell them. I could not more highly recommend Melissa and Brow Beauty Lab; you'll be in great hands.
