She was very flexible with her appointment times, and was incredibly accommodating given the change of wedding plans during the pandemic. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is my three year wedding anniversary, and I am still upset about what Angelika did to my gown, so have decided to write a review. I bought my dress at David’s, and they refused to remove the train. Angelika assured me it was no problem, and neither was adding cups inside the bodice. However, at each of my appointments, there was no progress towards either of these things, and I was coming in, and putting the dress on for absolutely no reason at all. Upon questioning, Angelika was confused and dazed about the train, seemingly having forgotten about it and suggested that I could go to The Bay and get cups! In the end, the train was removed, but the beautiful ribbon hem was destroyed and my gown had a raw edge simply cut with scissors and left. It also had white chalk marks all over it from where Angelika had measured. It was not short enough and in several of my wedding day photos, I am clutching the fabric and pulling it up so that I can walk! Angelika did add cups, but they were flimsy cheap cups that were the wrong size, stitched in with one thread, and on the OUTSIDE of the lining. Ultimately on my wedding day, because of this place, I did not feel the way I always thought I would putting on what was supposed to be a highly valued and precious item in my life. How can you feel beautiful when you have flimsy cups hanging on the inside while you’re getting dressed? I wish I had never set foot in this place.
