Take your money elsewhere. Not a professional salon & spa at all. I confirmed my booking with them, and they told me I didn't confirm it properly. They also quoted me $50/half hour of massage, when the website clearly states it is 60mins for $85.00. There are plenty of better places in the city, these guys clearly don't care about retaining clients.

No double dipping! The esthetician was really sweet. Economical use of wooden sticks -kudos for breaking them and using both the sides. They provide multiple services. Apparently, their system is electronic so you don’t get to speak to anyone and they won’t pick up - only email is encouraged. called a few times to find out it’s prompt to email and book apt- which is great. cramped messy room, i guess because rest of the rooms were full-on busy on a rainy day!

Vivian gave me an amazing massage and played really nice music in the background. Enjoyed my hour a lot!

Bought Groupon’s for eyelash, eyebrow tint and manicure. Awkward process to book by email, was finally able (I thought) to confirm by text. When date/time confirmed was asked to provide Groupon code ahead of time, which I didn’t do because it’s like paying in advance. When I showed up for appointment was left sitting for 30 minutes before the person came out only to be told I didn’t have an appointment because I didn’t provide the codes in advance and “I work by the hour and have to be sure you’ll show up and I get paid”. No offer to reschedule or be in any way helpful, she walked away saying “just cancel them if you want”. I know providing salon services right now can’t be easy, but there’s no reason for this level of poor service. Don’t waste your money, go to a legit salon that actually cares.

Bodza is an unprofessional hairstylist and a scam artist. She double-booked my appointment and started with the other customer 30 minutes in and told me to wait another 45+ minutes till she can start my appointment. I told her double-booking appointments is unprofessional and I should be compensated for my time to commute on time In addition, my $50 voucher costs was already redeemed on my Groupon. She didn’t care and wouldn’t provide her name or number to cooperate a refund. Before, I left I asked for a final refund and to not steal my credit from Groupon and my synchronized credit card on it because it’ll be time consuming to back track it She said she’ll take it anyway because I’m a “rude” customer. Basically A. I spent 2 hours of commuting B. Waited 20 minutes into my appointment to be told I have to wait another 45 minutes before she can possibly start C. Bodza still redeemed my $50 voucher through Groupon and wouldn’t sympathize it’ll take administrative time (1 hour) to locate her without a proper name or phone number D. Groupon is having a difficult time locating her account and therefore my $50 reimbursement is pending and I may not get it back I seriously do not recommend her or using “Bodza” groupons Posting this to avoid future dissatisfaction and disappointments

This is a place that rents to individual businesses. They have facials, hair salon, massages, etc but are done by differently owned businesses. My review is for the ??????? portion by ??????, who is the only masseuse right now. I bought the groupon and it is my first time here. It was easy to book - just email them about the groupon massage and somehow Vivian will reply back to help book a time. The website said parking is in the underground lot beside The Printing House, but it looked like they were all paid parking. However, I confirmed with Vivian when I was there and she said stall 26 and 27 (?) were the ones reserved for them and are free. The massage is in a nice small room. She has the nebulizer going with nice scents and there is relaxing music. One thing that wasn't the best was the temperature, which was on the cooler side, maybe because the A/C is on due to the heatwave. She asked me which parts I would want more work on and she worked a long time on those parts. What was surprisingly great was that she did my whole leg and feet too. Then she flipped my over and did my chest, arms/hands, legs, and head. She sprayed some herbal scent and massaged my shoulder. At the end, she used a hot towel to wipe my hands and feet and then placed on my chest. I am a very big fan. I really like this half pressure massage and half relaxation massage. It was a full 60 min.

Poor Groupon experience. You have to redeem the voucher before you're able to book. When you have an appointment, you still won't be able to get your massage because they will tell you "The masseuse is not coming today. Please reschedule". What a scam! They take your money by making you redeem the voucher, then avoid appointments. This is fraud.
