★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A radio shop that is a joke. Claims it's based on a first come first serve basis. At least the one tech I talked to was friendly. I came in to get a couple motorola radios programmed. Not only could they not program one claiming it was "too old". This is a radio shop, just because you updated your computers doesn't mean you shouldn't find solutions for existing equipment. Boy, that lady that works the desk is extremely unprofessional. Came in to get a firmware update on Motorola Mobile and she asked if I could leave it with them for a few days which I was somewhatunderstanding as I'm not the only client. It doesn't take days to update firmware. Then she had the audacity to basically insult me saying that the techs have stuff from the past week to doabd thats there are other people. Are you kidding, I know there are other people. Thats fine, told her I'll just drive the hour to an acutal radio shop that understands radios
