★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All is fine until you want to return something. Online support was rude and wasted my time, In the end refused to accept a return for store credit. They hide their corporate address so it is difficult to even contact them.

This company makes their suits in China.
My suit ended up sitting really bad on me and all my wedding pics were ruined because of their incompetence. Unfortunately you can't see the bad quality within few mins when you come to do a final try at their location but gets exposed in real live action.
Quality is opposite of good.
Management do not care when you address your concerns initially and finding excuses that there are no notes and also their employee turnaround is very quick so responsible employees are not even there.
They have dragged my claim beyond reasonable time and now saying it's my problem that it wasn't a priority to me to address my concern from the beginning which I did.
Manager is not helping at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not Covid 19 sensitive. They are set to cancel my order even though I can't get to a store to be measured due to Toronto lockdowns. I asked them to extend the expiry of my 2 orders and they refused. It's unthinkable that they won't accomodate victims of this pandemic.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is absolutely terrible and they lie. I guess if you want a suit and dont have a time limit to when you need it its fine. But if you need one like I did for my son graduation brutal should have gone somewhere eles. I ordeted my suit back in February and it still is not ready. My sons grad is June 25th and today is June 10 and my pants are still in china there is no way they will be done. Also there is no number
to call and speak to anyone which I guess is because they know how bad there service is.
