โ โ โ โ โ This company customer service is beyond horrible. This company is by far the WORST company I've ever had to deal with. They simply dont care. This company did not pay me any money for the building defects claims including living allowance in the past two years whatsoever. If you sign with this company you're gonna regret it. No one there cares.

โ โ โ โ โ Google reviews don't lie people. The 1 star review is real! They take 0 responsibilities for a claim. They always side with the builder, saying that it's not covered under warranty. People who work there are also people of low standards and unqualified. If your building is covered by them, DON'T BUY IT. Horrible uneducated people with horrible policies. Sigh...

โ โ โ โ โ The worst company ever. Do not give your business to them at all. They just protect builders and other than wasting time thy do not do anything. The answer of every claim is typical that it's not covered. They destroyed my million dollar house by not addressing structural defects in my house. They protected builder only. Their staff members are incompetent and rude, with 0 customer service skills.
