This place definitely needs a number. I wanted to renew my boys' treaty cards & wanted to know if they need their Birth Certificates in order to renew their cards!?

I rate this place a star for their poor customer service over the phone, no one picks up and you stay on hold for a long time. Makes me as a cree first nation member feel neglected and unsatisfied. someone needs to hire someone to pick up their phone and make it priority, look at their ratings low because this problem. Customer service

I don't see no point or reason for anyone posting negative reviews here. That's just my opinion though. I visited there a few wks ago and I think the receptionist was doing very great job! Ppl just need to understand that everything just takes time especially when you are not the only person there to be helped! Use ur patience, yes it is a virtue true but to me it seems to act as more of a talent or skill now a days with ppl! Lol the lady there is very nice, kind n helpful too for as much of an office full that she has got to go through n help on their way there each day. I felt that she was also very organized n punctual too! Nothing wrong with the place of business/organization/ employees or the way it is run! Another thing I think ppl have the tendancy to do is to think of themselves as the customers then assume automatically from there that it gives them the upper hand over the employee's. Therefore they will treat employees bad, by demand n expect them to just do wutever it is they require assistance with or else!! U know ppl from our culture were all tought n brought up learning our ways so I don't see why they don't use RESPECT or even just show some simple consideration for the employee's there. The way I see it is that they are always doing the best they can there for ppl n I am thkful n grateful for all their hard work there! I appreciate the employee's there!

Canada Place, the commissioner of oath Michael was rude and did not complete what i needed to have commissioned because he needed to go for lunch and he suggested that i come back another day (i had taken the day off from work to make it and cannot take any day off) he got frustrated and short tempered with me because i tried to explain my situation and asked him to book me a day that i can come back or finish my commissioning so that i could be done. He called for security said i was being difficult and was "using a tone with him". i am appalled that this happened to me and makes me question the treatment that others may have had with Michael (including Elders, youth and ppl with barriers). You need more compassionate and WELL trained Public Servants that are there for the purpose of the Indigenous Population....the Receptionist was more professional and understanding and Empathetic towards the clients then anyone else there. Feb 05, 2019 11:30am i would have preferred to rate at "0" stars

Arrived around noontime, no line up, a very helpful receptionist, made my application easier with all his knowledge and help. A bit of miscommunication from a lady who was NOT going to process my paper work due to no birth certificate, but the receptionist reassured her that I was there for other reasons that didn't involve her. It did get busy after about 15 mins, but again the receptionist kept the flow of people vs paper work. Koodos

I can't get through, the number they give has a full mailbox for Dianne Garcia, so I couldn't even leave a message. My son needs eyewear and apparently not able to do so without a physical card. Which makes it hard if no one picks up or returns the calls. I made a few attempts so far. Will have to keep trying I guess
