L	Lisa Natalie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic experience!!! i booked for my family 3 adults and 1 12 year old, the ladys at the stable were incredible!!! making sure everyone was comfortable, witch I was not at first lol but shortly after I got the hang of it. amazing views!! The horses were great and my personal favorite was Goliath, hoping to be back very soon!!! thanks for the 10 out of 10 experience was great to get the family put of the house! Thanks again!!!

It always amazes me that people knowingly support a business that takes advantage of the health and safety of these horses. Just because it is owned and operated by the OIB doesn't mean these animals are taken care of.

She was not paying attention to the ride and was constantly texting on her cell phone. She did not even allow people from the group to ask questions. My horse started running downhill and I didn't know what to do so I barely managed to pull it back. All this time she was on her cell phone texting not even caring about people's safety. Because she was constantly texting on the phone her course kept on stopping and we were constantly bumping into each other because of that. During the ride you're not allowed to take any pictures or even to take a biobreak. The actual ride scenery probably is one of the best but if you want to enjoy it ask for anybody but her.

But the folks working at this stable were so kind and patient with her trying to work through her fear, that they gave her a gentle and lovely horse. Jessi was an awesome tour guide and we ended up leaving so happy that we had this experience, we saw a part of Osoyoos we never would’ve got to see other wise, it’s absolutely 100% worth it in my books.

Our guides were entertaining and made the experience fun, we will definitely come back again next time we are in town ?
A	Agata Gajdus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very disappointed 5 year old! Such terrible management, honestly if you want to go horseback riding avoid this stable. We booked a reservation the day before and were told to arrive 15 min before our trail ride. We planned our day around the ride with a very excited 5 year old. We drove past the stable around 12:30 and saw 4 horses saddled up and ready to go. Did a quick turn around and walked from our hotel arrived at 12:48 (3 min late) the horses were gone and no one was around. We walked around looking for our guide knocked on the door no one was around. Called the booking number and someone answered that they were not on site but will find out what happened. Turns out the guide left with another group with our 1pm reservation and was already on the trail!!! After talking on the phone walking around and expressing our disappointment the manager on the phone kept saying she wasn’t on site and doesn’t know what happened and it’s her day off. She also claimed that there were 6 horses going out and the guide unsaddled them before they left on their trail ride (must be some kind of world record to unsaddle 3 horses and leave for a trail ride that was scheduled at 1pm all in a 15min time frame) Then she asked if we wanted to re schedule for tomorrow?!? No thank you! Such a waste of time and looking at other reviews maybe it was a blessing in disguise. Not recommended!
S	Steve Zhang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely a highlight to ride a horse through the desert. The guide/owner has to bring her son along the ride but that only creates more fun with a boy around! Horses are gentle so nice to have a slow walk with them. Great customer service as well.
