V	Varg Vikernes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 키우던 반려견이 떠나 다녀왔습니다. 응접실은 쾌적하고 조용했으며, 장례 상담원분은 친절하고 사려가 깊었습니다. 제 반려견에 대해 이것저것 물어봐 주시고 잘 들어주셔서 정말 감사했어요. 유골함의 종류도 다양하고, 가격도 나름대로 합리적이라고 생각합니다. 참관은 절차의 처음부터 끝까지 이루어지는 것은 아니었고, 반려견의 시신과 잠시 인사를 나눌 시간과 화장로에 시신을 넣는 것을 지켜보는 것만으로 마무리되었습니다. 이 부분은 원래 그런지, 아니면 코로나 시국 때문에 그런 건지 정확하지 않습니다. 유골은 예쁘고 투명한 작은 주머니에 담긴 뒤 유골함에 넣어져 함을 떨어트리거나 깨트려도 유골이 흐트러지는 참사는 일어나지 않을 듯하네요. The dog I was raising has left. The reception room was pleasant and quiet, and the funeral counselor was kind and thoughtful. Thank you so much for asking about my dog and listening to it. There are many types of ashes, and I think the price is reasonable. The visit did not take place from start to finish of the procedure, but only took a moment to greet the dog's body and watched the body be placed in the crematorium. It is not clear whether this is the original or because of the coronavirus situation. The ashes are placed in a beautiful, transparent small pouch, and then placed in the ashes, so even if the box is dropped or broken, it is unlikely that the ashes will be disorganized.

Mon meilleur ami est décédé et une des dernières choses que je pouvais avoir de lui ne m'a pas été rendu. Je suis détruite. Les erreurs son humaines certes, mais dans cette situation ceci est impardonnable. Mon meilleur ami est en cendres et je ne pourrais plus JAMAIS avoir une autre empreinte de lui. Après cette situation je me demande si la cendre dans l'urne est mon animal.... INACCEPTABLE. I ordered 2 paw prints with an urn and then one print was missing from my 'order'. I am extremely upset by this situation. My best friend has passed away and one of the last things I could have from him was not returned to me. I'm destroyed. The errors are human certainly, but in this situation it is unforgivable. My best friend is in ashes and I could NEVER have another imprint of him. After this situation I wonder if the ash in the urn is my animal .... UNACCEPTABLE.

I received my dog's ashes in a beautiful little white box, and beautiful personalized thoughts of sympathy, a beautiful little heart filled with wildflower seeds to germinate. I found this company very empathetic and the little delicacies help greatly to soften the great pain we are experiencing, thank you very much!!

They picked my horse up the same day that I had called so the service is very prompt. I am also happy with the driver's compassion and empathy, he picked my horse up using the most utter care and respect.

I received my cat's ashes in less than 2 weeks in a beautiful urn. The urn had a big sleeping cat with angel wings. The ashes were neatly packed into a cute small bag with paw prints all over it along with a certicate of cremation. Everything was neatly wrapped inside the box and had tissue paper with more paw prints...so cute! The lady that answered the phone when I made a call was very soft spoken, helpful, and invited me to call anytime if I ever had any questions. The prices of the urns are not too expensive, either. Thank you for giving me back my cat in such sparkly form! He will be forever at home and in my heart

However, their customer service over the phone really put me off. No empathy, no humanity, sounded cold and fed up. Finally I went with another company because I want my cat to be treated with dignity and respect. If there is no respect towards me over the phone, I cannot trust them with my beloved cat.
