I am very happy about my purchase at inBed Organics. I have been suffering from shoulder pain for a while from traditional spring mattress so I decided to explore latex mattress. I chose the 8’ inch soft + ultra soft, which works really well relieving tensions in my neck shoulder and back. Highly recommend this store and probably the only store in Vancouver that carries the highest grade latex mattress. Like the idea that they build the mattress in your home. Choices are flexible. I also bought two latex pillows from them. Now I feel like sleeping on a cloud every night. The money is well invested in the sleeping quality that other types of mattress cannot offer to match.

I highly recommend inBed Organics. We purchased an organic latex mattress, which is super comfy, does not have any odour, and was custom made to fit our bed frame. Working with Jem and her team was very pleasant, they are very knowledgable, and were following up on all my questions and concerns. I came in several times to try out densities, and eventually settled for their recommendation, which we are very happy with. I haven't slept this well for a long time! I like that they have a seamstress in store who manufactures all the mattress cases, and you can definitely see the high quality work in the end product. I appreciate that they are offering the most sustainable sleeping solutions possible, and their customer service is excellent. The delivery guys were quick, polite and helpful, and did a great job in setting up our new mattress. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and highly recommend inBed Organics!

UPDATE: It's now been two months from order, we have received neither our mattresses nor a refund. This business is essentially a scam as far as we can tell at this point. Stay away - I have never had such a poor customer experience with a business. They were initially friendly and helpful in the retail store. We placed an order for two mattresses, which were to be delivered in 3 weeks. One of these was for a guest room and we learned that one of our family members has a severe latex allergy and unfortunately the latex bed was not going to work. I called and spoke with the owner (Jem) shortly after placing the order, who was understanding on the phone and agreed we would cancel the order for the one mattress, deferring to her sales associate (Priyanka) who would follow-up with the details and arrange the refund. After about a week we finally heard from Priyanka who informed us via email that they would be refunding the second mattress, less a 10% "admin" fee. We were surprised at the admin fee (given we still hadn't received anything and the mattress had not been manufactured at the time of cancellation), but agreed. A month went by (6 weeks post order) at this point and we still hadn't seen the refund come through, or any follow-up on delivery of the other mattress still on order. I inquired by email and a new staff member said they were the replacement for Priyanka and had no record of the cancellation/refund. We traded many phone calls and emails and spoke with Jem (owner), who basically said "Yes we agreed to that, but "too bad", we're no longer going to honour it and you must use it as a store credit instead, proposing that we buy $3000 worth of sheets from them rather than get the agreed refund on the cancelled mattress order. So we're a month a half post ordering, out $6000 with no mattress(es) to show for it and some of the worst customer support I have come across. Stay away - there are many better places to buy a mattress in Vancouver.

We got a pillow from Jem who was great to deal with! Very kind, and worked at our pace. We love the quality of the organic pillow. Highly recommended as the spot in Vancouver to get anything sleep related! :)

I highly recommend inBed Organics. We purchased a set of sheets and a duvet. The sheets are fabulous, so comfortable. We love the duvet. It is so light and soft on the bed and yet so cozy and warm. Priyanka was very knowledgable, helpful and friendly in assisting us in our purchase. Many thanks!

I needed a new sofa mattress on fairly short notice and InBed Organics came through! Now I’m thinking about getting a mattress for my regular bed. They were great to deal with and I am really happy with the mattress. I found InBed after learning it is difficult to find quality, comfortable replacement sofa mattresses. InBed custom made the mattress to fit my sofa bed and it’s beautiful! And I’m so pleased that I know exactly what it’s made from (latex, wool, cotton) and that it was made locally. Organic wasn’t my priority but now that it’s in my house, I’m really happy about it. No weird off gas smell so no need to “air it out” Ready to host my guests!

Not too many shops in Canada actually sew Organic pillows and mattresses, but I found one in Kitsilano. The custom made pillows and mattresses are beautifully made with organic materials which is the Solution for sleeping comfortably. Most comfortable sleep ever! One very happy customer.

This company is literally the best! I bought a pillow for my boyfriend two years ago when the pandemic struck and we were stuck at home more often. Finding inBed Organics showed me how important it is to consider the materials you sleep on, especially something so intimate like a pillow. Their ingredients are all organic including the latex and wool and my boyfriend just loved it. He went away to visit family last summer and I kept sleeping on his pillow thinking, why hadn't I gotten one yet? So this Christmas my dad and I bought each other pillows from inBed! My Dad is so happy, he struggles with a very light sleep pattern and sleeps much better now. For myself I noticed my pillow was less full than my partners, it had less suspension (i think less latex). After contacting the company they said to bring it in and they will fix it for no extra cost, which is part of their warranty! I sleep so well now, and recommend this company to anyone who wants a pillow for 30+ years that you can clean simply with sunlight because of how amazing and natural the materials are.
