★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased 6 items from In style shoes & accessories. I was very excited at the time of purchase, new handbags, sandals and heels. A couple months after the purchase I went to wear my new heels that matched perfectly with a dress I had bought previously, I was so excited to wear them. The shoes had never been worn, sticker was still on the bottom. I put the shoe on and realized the heel was defective, it was bent to the side and made it impossible to walk without falling. I really loved these heels, so I searched multiple shoe repair shops and no one could fix this heel, so I went back to In Style Shoes & Accessories and requested an exchange for a new pair/something else. The store denied me an exchange for the defective heels they sold me only a couple months prior. I live locally, and love shopping within the area, but for a store to not allow an exchange or instore credit after spending that much in one shop was unreasonable to me. I would not recommend purchasing shoes from this store as they will not work with you to ensure you are happy and returning for more.

Their products are good quality, there is always a bargain to find.
I frequently drive from Brampton to get myself a good pair of shoes/sandals.

I’ve never seen these brands anywhere else. I highly recommend checking this boutique out. And I will definitely be back!
