★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've already made a review but I'll make another one because this place deserves it. The manager is so nice and welcoming to his customers. I loved his shawarma since day one of trying it. The toum/garlic he uses is real and not some fake garlic "glue" that Lazeez and Osmows and NA shawarma chains use. This is REAL authentic style shawarma that would put any chain restaurant to shame (no rhyming intended).
It is a somewhat hidden gem in the Richmond Heights Plaza beside the Subway. Order the "chicken shawarma sandwich" (it's a large sized wrap for under $10 that would fill MOST people up well) if you are unsure what to try first. My topping combo is lettuce, turnips, pickles, extra garlic, hot sauce and tahini in addition to the generous portion of succulent shawarma chicken boss man provides. They also have onions, olives, hot banana peppers, parsley and Tzatziki sauce if you prefer those too.
The food is blessed and made with love, care and hard work here - you can really feel it when you enter the place and take that first bite of your food. Once again, I hope this place remains in Richmond Hill Forever, it is the best. 6/5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is pretty good, fairly generous portion amount for the platter option. Gentleman that served me was nice and threw in some extra sauce as requested. Chicken tasted decent even right before closing time. Not sure if pita bread is usually included but it was welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a gem. The service is excellent, the owner himself is usually here very friendly and hands on. The food is excellent, very much home-style food. The dips are homemade and the ingredients are always fresh!! I've tried many items on the menu over the years as I used to live close by and it's all flavorful and portions are very fair. Now that I moved away from Richmond Hill I drive down here and there for the food! The overall experience is 5 stars, the food deserves more then 5 stars. Support local and try this place out!! ??
