 My experience at Impots Lorenti was fantastic. since Mr. Lorenti explained everything about my taxes. The service was agile and efficient. Thanks to him I have never had problems with the tax agencies and he has helped me to apply all the deductions that have taken place. He is my tax advisor and I recommend them to everyone

I have been doing my taxes with Impôts Lorenti for several years and I have never had any problems. They are always courteous and I have had prompt service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comme quelqu'un l'a mentionné dans son commentaire, M. Lorenti est très serviable et professionnel, mais son équipe ne l'est pas autant. L'année dernière, j'ai dû appeler pour faire corriger des erreurs. Cette année, aucune réponse après deux courriels leur demandant si je peux leur envoyer mes fichiers. Très décevant et rien pour fidéliser sa clientèle.
As someone mentioned in his review, Mr. Lorenti is very helpful and professional, but his team isn't as much. Last year, I had to call to have errors corrected. This year no response after two emails asking if I can send them my files. Very disappointing and nothing to retain customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service, information is not accurate, I received files from another client, wow I saw all the confidential information for this person, I wont never trust them I was a client for so many years but they did wrong with my files for the past 2 years, I won't NEVER recommend them and they never answer to me, please spread this message Do not waste your time and money with them..too bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harmful company with significant issues, should be banned from providing services:
- cause you money loss: 6 months late to file our tax returns - we paid interests and late filing fees
- ethical issues: never informed us about actually not filing the corporate return - I found out from the RQ letter about this despite trying to follow up previously to make sure they filed before I pay them my outstanding bill
- when reached out for explanation, I received the blackmail email from them saying - we will only file that corporate tax return if you pay us first your owing balance - sounds a lot like a threat and if they didn’t file before, how would I know if they file it now?
- Borbi never even contacted or discussed the issue with us, I dealt with Enrique Reyes all the time and when asked him how can I make sure that they will file my return if I pay, he said: let’s not waste our time here, I am only an employee and do what I am ordered. I have never seen such an approach to business in my entire life.
- dishonest: they say we are almost done with your file and 3 weeks after you find out they didn’t even start on it
- dishonest: additionally, many of their positive reviews on google are from their employees. For example, Enrique Reyes who left here 5 stars was the person doing our tax return
This place should be banned to provide tax services - they harm the profession and peoples finances.
