★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been living here over 5 years. Building has seriously gone down hill since Skyline Living took over. Just like the prvious review...ants everywhere, hot water out at least once a month (sometimes more) . Back fire / security door didn't close for over 2 months, front door had broken window for over a week, emergency lights hanging off one screw -some with burnt out bulbs or units not working at all. Elevator has been out of service for over 2 weeks (elevators are brand new , about 2 years old) , During extreme cold weather, fresh air vents were turned on high, blowing so much cold air into hallways the temp was 9c (almost freezing.)... Have contacted the property manager about things, nothing seems to get done.. Contacted head office and complained.. somethings were addressed, others ignored. Then got a response from one Rep that just said thanks for contacting us. Then another response from a different rep, who asked if everything was taken care of...I responded no...and not heard a word since...contact customer service about elevators...NO Response....but I am positive they will get on here and respond. more worried about their rating than helping the tenants and taking care of the building.
