★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was reasonable for a few years and then deteriorated significantly. The inside of the pool was rarely cleaned all summer. On at least one occasion, they failed to show up and then signed the log sheets the following week. Customer service people were also very unhelpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called Imperial Paddock to have them look at my failing pool pump and breaker. Left a message and they didn’t bother calling back. I called again later that day and was told they would call back to book an appointment. The next day, someone called and wanted to set up an account so I could get in line for a service call! Way too high maintenance. I called another company who came out in 3 hours, replaced my pump and breaker and got me going again. Tough company to do business with.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An awful experience. We hired paddock pools for maintenance and services. Some services they provided were decent. But, we had a couple of major issues with them. One of those major issues happened early. Our pool boy opened two valves in our pool room that ended up costing us over $1000 in water loss right before the summer drought in 2015. He didn't know what the valves were for he just opened them. It was around half a million gallons of water lost. One of the owners (Ken) came to our property and stated we would be compensated for half of the loss but we never saw a dime. Their office usually seemed disorganized. In addition to that, we had to replace our heat exchanger and they sent someone to do the work. Instead of using an adapter their guy melted pvc plastic to copper pipe. The job was so bad I took photos for my plumber to view. He had never seen anything like it. Also, it didn't work, so I had to have him take it out completely. Their employee also showed up with his wife and I was told she was "keeping him company" completely unprofessional.
After several minor issues like taking my personal equipment off my property and using elsewhere, not showing up on occasion and being charged for it, I fired them. I had had enough. They then came onto my property when I was not home and removed some items from my pool room. 1. they didn't notify or ask 2. they did this without my knowledge. Not acceptable.
Negligence, unprofessionalism and disorganization describes this company. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most unprofessional unorganized and messed up companies I ever worked with. Extremely poor service and worst customer service. They simply ignore emails, phone calls and don't do their work. They fair to do proper inspection and quote on unnecessary work and waste your money. Each employee gives you a whole different story and no one takes responsibility! stressful as hell!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been using Imperial Paddock pools for years now . I maintain my own pool so it's usually a water sample , instructions on how to proceed and picking up what I need . Always friendly courteous and they always have what I need . They installed a new pool furnace for me a few years ago now and their pricing was the most competitive . The guy they use to install or work on the gas furnaces has been with them for over 20 years I believe and his father was the technician who installed our original pool funace over 40 years ago , that's longevity!
Yes I highly recommend Imperial Paddock Pools.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imperial Paddock Pools is the most reliable, trustworthy company we've ever dealt with. They have been taking care of our pool for years. I can count on them to be consistent and thorough. The office staff are wonderful and efficient. We've had several issues with the pumps and Ken and Richard were here and had the problems fixed immediately. We've had the same "pool boy" John for years and he feels like family! My kids call them our Pool Angels!" I would highly recommend this company.
