★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No refunds, no matter how terrible the service and products. I ordered toner cartridges for my Xerox printer. Despite paying extra for expedited delivery I received part of the order TWO WEEKS later and the remainder after THREE WEEKS. After waiting that long both black toner cartridges were defective. Luckily I found replacements at a local store (at a lower price). When I called Imperial to tell them I'd like to return for a refund I was told all sales are final. I did not agree to an exchange as indicated below. I have been denied a refund despite the terrible service and defective products. I guess using using the 'f' word in frustration is "verbally abusive". I'm sure with the service they provide they hear it regularly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Natalie at Imperial Data has been exceptional in solving our printing and toner needs. Not only was she able to get me a competitive price on a new printer and shipped in record time when our old printer died, but she's found a solution to every toner problem I've encountered on both old and new printers. Printer manufacturers make it extra difficult to use non-brand toners but Natalie has found answers every time we encountered a hitch. Even though we aren't located in the same city, she gets shipments to us often by the next day. I've been using this company for about 5 years and I can't say enough about their great service and affordable prices.

We recently had our first issue with one defective toner cartridge which was promptly replaced and credited back to us with no difficultly. Natalie is wonderful and is always such a great help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imperial Data Supply Corporation (IDSC) was the first of four printer suppliers that didn't outright cancel my printer order by citing supply chain issues. In fact, Natalie at IDSC warned me of a 2 to 3-week delay in shipping and asked if I wanted to maintain my order. I decided to keep my order and lo and behold, my printer showed up within 2 business days! Fair pricing and excellent communication means that I will definitely be using IDSC again.
