★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to go pickup my food 45 minutes after ordering, then it was another half hour wait till it was actually ready. Terrible service, and the blonde guy in the kitchen was wearing his mask down below his chin... Won't be going back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was less than impressed by the quality of the food. It tasted bland and was all piled together in a to-go box. The Chow Mein tasted like cardboard. I was expecting more from this place. I'll stick to Thai food from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the last month I have had a craving for Chinese food . My first takeout order was from the Asian Pear. The food looked good. Unfortunately it had no taste. It was flat and needed to be doctored up with salt and pepper. Not impressed. Next it was off to the 88 Grand for take out. Not impressed. The lemon chicken was like trying to crack through walnut shells with your teeth.Rock hard and a lot of batter with no chicken. Tonight was my firsts time for Imperial Banquet. No disappointments here ! Everything was bang on. Thank you. I will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 45 minute wait for pickup. No problem. Got there and half the meal was prepared. Other half, she missed. "Oops, sorry" was her reaction.
Food was extremely SALTY and pretty much not edible. Won't be trying this again.

Prior to covid had order take out and it was good. 1st time I order from there since Covid19 started, not sure if the chef was having an off day or they changed owner but the food was not good and more expensive. My friends had a few bite. Order dinner for 2. Four of us couldn't finished it due to poor taste. My chicken vegetable was so sweet that I think they forgot to put salt or something else in it. Was disappointed and now there's left over as we couldn't eat it..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered for delivery, bill was $97 plus a $10 tip, order was December 24th, they didn't send the sweet & sour pork, we phoned and they said they would send driver back with it, they never did and were closed the next day, never received the dish, refund or even a phone call or credit, really disappointed
