My only regret is that I didn’t see her sooner and/or during my pregnancy. Kyla is an amazing physiotherapist and she helped me with various physical concerns that I had. Kyla asked very thorough questions and used a number of teaching methods to help me understand where my discomforts were coming from and how we could work together to reduce the pain I was experiencing. More than just that though, Kyla offered a listening ear and amazing advice and support during a new and in many ways difficult transition in my life. Kyla truly made me feel heard and the support she provided both physically and emotionally cannot be put into words. I left my appointments with Kyla feeling great both physically and emotionally. Her passion for women’s health is so genuine and inspiring!

He is extremely knowledgeable, personable and a pleasure to deal with. He has helped me immensely with my issues and I would highly recommend him. I have also been seeing Ashlyn, RMT for some time for massage therapy and she is the best massage therapist I have had services with. I have been to a few therapists, but she hits all spots and finds more than I knew I had to be treated. I would highly recommend her for massage therapy. I am thankful I have been having services with Impact Health as you get personal services from reception to your specialists. I would highly recommend you checking it out.
