★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente estou tendo um custo adicional de USD 500 por que eles nao verificaram a validade do passaporte do meu filho no momento da aplicacao, eles estavam com os documentos desde Jan aplicacao ocorreu em Maio. Quando questionei eles mandaram ler o meu contrato, aonde realmente diz que eu abro mao de reclamar legalmente caso exista negligencia/erro dos empregados/consultantes ou afiliados a Immi. Ou seja eles erraram e nao tenha nada que eu possa fazer a respeito.
Unfortunately I am having a surcharge of USD 500 because they did not check the validity of my son's passport at the time of application, they were with the documents since Jan application took place in May. When I questioned they had my contract read, which actually says that I give up legal complaint if there is negligence / error of Immi employees / consultants or affiliates. In other words, they made a mistake and have nothing I can do about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei a Immi durante varias etapas da minha vida aqui no Canada. Eles fizeram os processos tanto de temporario quanto de residente. O servico foi excelente! Recebi um otimo atendimento de cada pessoa que cuidou dos meus processos. Sem contar a ajuda excepcional da Celina Hui!
Por causa da consulta que fiz com a Celina, eu descobri algumas coisas que contavam pontos pro meu processo de residencia permanente que eu nunca teria pensado. E ela tambem me alertou sobre outras que poderiam dar problema.
Alem disso, ela me orientou diversas vezes com detalhes de outros processos que eu dificilmente saberia se nao tivesse falado com ela. E esses detalhes fizeram MUITA diferenca para eu conseguir resultados positivos mais rapididamente.
Entendo que muitas pessoas querem contratar servicos de imigracao e receberam tudo pronto, sem ter trabalho. E quando isso nao acontece, se frustam e dizem que a empresa eh ruim. Porem, nao se esqueca que o processo eh seu! Voce precisa fazer sua parte em revisar tudo que esta sendo enviado, porque eh seu maior interesse que esteja tudo certo.
Eu so tive experiencias positivas, e realmente so tenho a dizer que eu super recomendo a Immi Canada.
I hired Immi during several stages of my life here in Canada. They did both temporary and resident proceedings. The service was excellent! I received great care from each person who took care of my processes. Not to mention Celina Hui's exceptional help!
Because of the consultation I did with Celina, I discovered some things that counted points for my permanent residency process that I never would have thought of. And she also warned me about others that could be a problem.
In addition, she guided me several times with details of other processes that I would hardly know if I had not spoken to her. And these details made a LOT of difference for me to get positive results more quickly.
I understand that many people want to hire immigration services and received everything ready, without having to work. And when that doesn't happen, they get frustrated and say that the company is bad. However, do not forget that the process is yours! You need to do your part in reviewing everything that is being sent, because it is in your best interest that everything is right.
I only had positive experiences, and I really only have to say that I highly recommend Immi Canada.

Tivemos o nosso processo para a residência permanente cancelado pois não fomos informados por eles que estava faltando um documento. Além de não terem pedidos desculpas, o email enviado como resposta nos acusa que o erro foi nosso. Além disso, nos deram informações erradas de como reverter a situação, quando não é possível. Triste realidade nossa ter pago para ter nossa possibilidade de P.R jogada literalmente no lixo.
Not having the possibility to give zero or negative... it goes the same.
We had our process for permanent residency canceled as we were not informed by them that a document was missing. In addition to not having apologies, the email sent in response accuses us that the error was ours. Furthermore, they gave us wrong information on how to reverse the situation when it is not possible. Sad reality that we have paid to have our possibility of P.R literally thrown away.

Utilizei Immi Canada para ajudar com o meu study permit e com o SOWP da minha Esposa.
Tudo aconteceu no meio da COVID, e os tempos de processamento foram muito caóticos (quase 30 semanas ate uma decisao).
Apliquei com eles a um programa que o intake era em Maio de 2021. Quando a data chegou, e eu ainda não tinha a certeza se o visto seria aprovado, decidi alterar a minha data de início e o meu programa. Alguns dias depois recebi o novo LOA e pedi-lhes que enviassem o novo documento para o Governo do Canada, isso nunca aconteceu.
Dois meses mais tarde o meu visto foi aprovado ainda com o programa antigo, eles disseram-me que seria ajustado na fronteira, não o foi. O oficial disse que eu teria de solicitar uma extension. No dia 29 de Dezembro, enviei-lhes um e-mail dizendo que precisava de uma extesion e de um Coop Work Permit. Eles enrolaram durante tanto tempo que o meu pedido só foi enviado dia 11 de Fevereiro.
Agora eu não tenho um Coop Work Permit, não posso terminar o meu programa e não posso deixar o país.
Reclamei que eles demoram demais para tomar uma ação e a resposta foi que tinham outros clientes...
Terrible service, stay away from them.
I used Immi Canada to help with my study permit and my Wife's SOWP.
It all happened in the midst of COVID, and the processing times were very chaotic (almost 30 weeks until a decision was made).
I applied with them to a program that the intake was in May 2021. When the date arrived, and I still wasn't sure if the visa would be approved, I decided to change my start date and my program. A few days later I received the new LOA and asked them to send the new document to the Government of Canada, this never happened.
Two months later my visa was approved still with the old program, they told me it would be adjusted at the border, it wasn't. The officer said I would have to apply for an extension. On December 29th, I sent them an email saying I needed an extension and a Coop Work Permit. They stalled for so long that my order didn't ship until the 11th of February.
Now I don't have a Coop Work Permit, I can't finish my program and I can't leave the country.
I complained that they take too long to take action and the response was that they had other customers...
