The teachers are amazing, the building is very cool and the school has a long standing reputation as community leaders and charitable contributors. Students will often complain about the uniform but there's nothing wrong with it. Wear it with pride and remember it could be worse: you could be a student at Lester B. Pearson instead(For the record, I state this not out of some sort of school rivalry, as LBP does not compare. I say this as LBP has a terrible reputation and a number of their students are involved in petty crime and violence).

Lots of very strong students at MAC that get the opportunity to reach ahead in computer studies. Band is terrific. Great location (near canal) and clean, beautiful building. Best grade 7/8 chess players !

She attended the so called "Better" schools in the area and their answer to bullying was "girls will be girls". Mac would not tolerate bullying and addressed it head on. After that day she never encountered another case. The kids she met were from various ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds and they enriched her life and made her better for knowing them.
Z	Zach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When all is said and done this place was a good time. I can think of worse and more poorly maintained schools then this one. Most the teachers there were cool and I liked a few I did not like.

GRADE 9 QUAD 1 update Both mr Mamolo and mr Lawson are fantastic teachers GRADE 9 QUAD 2 update The amazing mr beg and mr Lawson are fantastic teachers GRADE 9 SPRING SEMESTER update The awesome, amazing ms bastasic, and mr webster are fantastic teachers But mr blain in the other hand is kind of scary, disturbing, and the mr g gym teacher is too energetic and scary for my preferences

BIGGEST MELTDOWN IN NCSSAA HISTORY?

But my point still stands, only go to this school if you want to get constantly bullied by people you once thought were your friends.

I do not regret coming here, not because I wanted to but because my parents told me to. I am looking forward to spend another painstaking 4 years here. (Also I can't think of this enough: there are toilets that work properly! ☺) Truly a school! ☺☺☺
