โ โ โ โ โ These people are con artists. They sold me two COVID tests with 12 hour results for $700 then NEVER provided the test result and refused to refund the test claiming it was non-refundable. Stay away.

โ โ โ โ โ Horrible, horrible, horrible. I paid an extra $70 for a 24 pre-flight COVID test. I didn't receive my test until 1.5 hours past the deadline, and only after I called them threatening to inform the police if I didn't receive my result ASAP. STAY AWAY, DISHONEST BUSINESS

โ โ โ โ โ My family came for Christmas and needed a Covid test within 24hrs of their flight home. They paid IME a premium to ensure their results would be available in time for them to catch their plane with a guarantee of results by midnight the night before their flightโฆ no results. My family had to rebook their flight 3 times because of the unreliability of this company. As the previous poster mentioned they were refused a refund. Steer clear, nothing more than a money grab.

โ โ โ โ โ I was getting different answers on the phone and by email. I came here to take a PCR test before traveling because I got and recovered from Covid in January. One of the girls there kept giving me the wrong information. I also called to ask about a recovery letter, I wasn't told that it would be $120+ for a letter. I was deciding between here and another office. If I knew it was that much for the letter, I would've gone somewhere else. The wait was also long.. I wasn't seen until an hour after my scheduled appointment time.

โ โ โ โ โ Went today for โ the test โ. Very busy office but very polite and organized staff made everything run smoothly. Was told Iโd get results tomorrow evening but was phoned at home tonight by Dr. with results. No complaints at all. Highly recommend this office if you need covid test for work or travel.
