★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first spoke with Caterina, I had very little self esteem and no confidence. I felt like a failure and that I had no control. Her gentle and loving ways helped me recognize all the wonderful success I did have in my life, and the courage within me to step into my potential. I have been able to heal a depression that I struggled with for more than 30 years and to heal my disassosiation with reality. I no longer allow fear and anxiety control my days, now I lean into joy and acceptance. I am my own validation, my own safe resting place, and I am the deciding factor of the direction my life goes. Thank you Caterina for all your love and guidance. Working with you has been one of the best, and one of my favorite, turning points for me. I have turned to the new chapter of my life, and it is an amazing plot twist!
