★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to send away a watch I purchased from another dealer for repair and Rocco was happy to help. Very pleased with the friendly customer service. Decided to purchase a new watch to wear from Imagine while I wait for the other to be repaired.
Looking forward to sitting down with him to look at some rings I’d like to buy for a gift. Easy 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get batteries changed in a couple of watches. The work was done on the spot while I waited.
It is a new owner and it is a bit different than the former store, however, the service is on point.
I have seen negative reviews on wait times. Do keep in mind that the Jeweller/Goldsmith is off site and will require a bit of patience. If you want it done quicker, find a jeweller that does on site work.
I hope that they can find their groove and succeed, specially through these tough times.

Where else can you get a great deal like that. Also the owner Tanya is truly a wonderful person always available to help find the exact item your looking for. Will definitely be back in soon, would highly recommend
