I then had a claim this summer and the service that I received was nothing but spectacular. My broker and adjuster looked after me and I did not have to worry about a thing. Darlene did that for me but also answered all my questions about different options, and each section of the policies for which I needed more information. There was complete transparency, all emails where answered promptly, and I saved money. Crewson was going to be the first of several phone calls I was going to make to shop around. After meeting with Darlene for the first time and her open, no pressure approach I felt very comfortable and did not call any other company. Best decision I made!
