M	Moe Tahir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a very busy Sunday. I have to say that the service was exceptional. My server michelle, was the best. She was very attentive. Love the pancake and the T-bone wasn't bad. Like the manager over seeing everything. You don't get to see that at other places.

The waitress and chefs are okay. The facility are clean but the washrooms can improve. The prices are high but Ethan did you expect, is an IHOP.

Sometimes we bring other friends and he remembers them as well. They make you feel welcome and significant. As someone who served in the industry for 18 years, & worked in restaurant management as well, I can say only great things about this IHOP. The manager is our favourite but there are a few staff who are just phenomenal! Obviously the food is great too, that’s how we got to know the staff. But ultimately we go here for the experience. Thank you to the staff & management of this site for all you do for your customer care. You rock! - Kali & Chris

It is the most friendly and professional IHOP I've ever dined at. Our orders were prepared very well, served quickly and the food tasted great. A big thank you to all the staff for this wonderful experience.

My friend with me had the waffle combo and said it was delicious. You get plenty of food. Very clean and warm establishment.

S	Surinder Lally on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow what a busy place. A little bit of a wait. Staff was wearing masks. Everyone else seemed to be as well if they weren't sitting at a table eating. Food was great for the price. I suggest you get the breakfast sampler, 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, 2 strips of bacon, 2 pieces of ham, 2 sausages and hashbrowns. It was the same price as a regular pancake but only 1 of the three meat items.

Very special mention goes to Natasha whose traits are text book definitions for how to be a perfect hostess! From the moment we were seated till the moment we got out, it was such an awesome journey. Courteous, sincere, fast and intelligent in handling our requests for both sit and dine and takeout. Flawless and perfect to the core! We were surprised at the speed of delivery of food items to our table and we exclaimed telling her how come so fast, pat came the reply from her that it’s breakfast and so it has got to be fast! She also mentioned pay cheque meaning customer satisfaction is directly connected to the pay cheque! How many people understand such a simple but a very important and fundamental fact! She also delivered everything pretty quick without holding back or waiting to be asked, proactively! So, you get everything you ordered for, directly from the oven, piping hot and steaming hot! It was a real pleasure to eat all the items so hot, that included coffee as well! What an asset having such an employee like Natasha in any business! This is our first ever visit to this location and we regretted of the fact that why it took so long for us to come to this gem of a place! Very clean ambiance in a nice looking building with perfect seating layout and ample car parking, though it’s in the very centre of the city! This place has now become our ‘go to IHOP’ for our breakfast! If you haven’t visited this place yet, please do so and you will understand why we are praising so much about this place!
