Core - Elite hybrid 3d in race red color purchased at Costco. Box was torn slightly when received but no damage to the bike. Some annoying front wheel noise after assembly so had to lube the front wheel hub near rubber covers. Also needed to have the rear derailleur adjusted at local bike shop as gears were skipping. Assembly took around 2 hours. IGo provide a very good online video to assist with bike assembly. Bike components are more than adequate for the price. There is plenty of power provided from a reliable 500w rear hub brushless motor. Top speed is 32 kmh (class 2). Very comfortable handle bars and they're fully adjustable with a simple locking lever. Bike frame is made of 6061 aluminum alloy so like most ebikes in this range it's not very light at 62 lbs. Lifting it onto a hitch rack could be a challenge for some. Good shock absorption with suspension fork up front. I replaced the stock seat post with an SR Suntour NCX for more comfort and shock absorption. This is my first ebike and overall I'm very satisfied. The bike rides fast and smoothly on paved surfaces. Sturdy metal racks and plastic fenders are provided for both front and back of the bike. Over 700kms on it and the pedal assist is amazing. With lots of pedal assist I managed to do 63 kms before the battery drained. Ordering a bike online is different than buying a bike at a bike shop. Be prepared to learn to take care of some basic bike maintenance on your own, such as brake, chain and minor derailleur adjustments etc. IGo Customer service is just average. They take too long to get back to their customers following simple inquiries. Otherwise I recommend their bikes.

The customer service is awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, great bikes. We are driving two ERÖ bikes and have put on 1400 kms within the last few weeks and had no trouble whatsoever. It is so much fun to cruise along the bike paths, especially in Montreal, and explore new places. We can drive more than 100 kms on one charge and the batteries have still some energy left. To add to this review: in a month we drove in total 2200 kms (northern Ontario to Nova Scotia) and the bikes performed great. I hope iGo brings out a bike with a belt drive soon ?

Excellent costume service and product. I am happy with my bike. Easy to charge, easy to adjust parts and easy to ride. It is a beast.

My husband and I would NOT recommend iGO electric for the purchase of an e-bike due to their extremely poor customer service. They refuse to honor our two year warranty to fix an issue with the motor which potentially could be a safety issue. We are seniors on a fixed income and we purchased two Elite e-bikes from iGO in 2019 to help us stay active and healthy. We still have four months left on the warranty, but they very rudely stated that they will not address the problem. If you want good customer service and integrity, I would suggest choosing another company. Wendy and Mike Southworth

I bought an IGO Elite ebike 4 years ago. I recently had an issue with the bike due to what was neglect on my part. When I contacted their support department they were there for me. Through the exchange of emails we were able to troubleshoot the problem successfully. Ty Julie for your help.

Bought two core extreme 3s from Costco. They have been terrific! I had a small accident with one (my fault) and Julie and Adamo were extremely helpful, even giving me a discount on the replacement part. I registered my bikes after purchasing them and that turned out to be very helpful in navigating the service end of things. I would buy again, good Canadian Company with excellent customer service.

We are upset with the customer service and have heard complaints before. They are extremely slow to get back to you for help or even a question. When I asked about a battery replacement, I was told I could not. Understanding that batteries wear out relatively fast on any EV, this has been a major set back. We may go to a conventional bike given this news. I was told when I bought it that spare batteries would be available this Spring. I do not recommend IGO due to their lack of customer support and service, and the failure to have spare batteries for their products. We may have to return this product as a result.

iGo customer support is second to none. I had a small issue with one of the tires and the customer support team dealt with it happily and professionally and made me feel like a valued customer. Such a great company and a fabulous bike!
