★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rihanna gave me an amazing massage! She worked on all the areas I specifically needed work on the most due to powerlifting. She released built up knots in my neck, hips and lumbar area. Would definitely recommend as she is an experienced lifter and athlete herself!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this gym! I used to go to JB but moved with them to IA. I was hesitant to do so because of my age (I’m 63) and thought this place would cater to the younger athletes! I was wrong! They cater to all! It’s been an awesome experience! The Fit group works the best for me with its flexible times. Have met many new faces that seem to have the goals of having fun while getting healthy! We sweat and laugh a lot! The trainers support and encourage you and will always have an alternate way of doing an exercise. They won’t let you hurt yourself! The positive attitude by young and older make me look forward to my 3 sessions a week!

There are plenty of talented therapists out there, but where she really shines is her ability to listen as you explain your worry areas and knows how to adjust her practice. She also gives really great at-home care tips to keep you in tip top shape! Gold star for Kerri ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dissapointed in their camps for kids. My daughters group ended up joining the younger group and helping take care of them/playing with them. We paid $ for her to go and learn about new sports and do that with her peers. She was less than impressed.
Also, since they didn't require any of their staff to mask, while legal at that time, I considered rather unprofessional during a pandemic. The entire group of her peers ended up contacting covid at this camp. My daughter was one of the few people wearing her mask for the camp but still contacted it.
