★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like this store. It has everything that I want, really fresh veg and things are easy to find. A nice size. Bigger stores are like a scavenger hunt; way too much time spent searching for things in those big places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally I don't like large stores. I'm happy with a variety as well. The only thing I'm missing is fresh dill. But other than that I always get everything that's on my list and good to go after max half an hour. The staff is always nice and friendly.

The staff was very very friendly
We found some great deals here as well as an ice cream we like that is hard to find elsewhere. Parking was easy and covid protocols were followed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What is amazing is how the front cash have no desire to provide any customer service. I've been shopping here for about a year (it's my closest grocery store, I've been maybe 20 times), and today was the 5th time, they had a huge line-up (+5 people), they decide to open another cashier, and they take the last person who joined the long line. So forget everyone else who was already waiting +5min, if you joined the line 10seconds ago (which was the case), you were taken to be first in line at the new cashier. Not even Superstore does something as dumb as this! I also feel that I am interrupting their casual chatting time between employees, instead of focusing on paying customers. Obviously, management doesn't really care about customer service, since this has gone on for at least a year. Otherwise, the store is stocked with the basics, and they are usually in stock. Sometimes it's busy, sometimes it's not, so hit and miss. I just wish it would close, and they open an Italian Market or Urban Fare in its place, its obvious IGA wants to offer the minimum possible to it's customers.
