★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, what a fantastic grocery store. Half of it is a regular grocery, while the other half has specialty foods - fresh baking, meat, vegetables, cheese, and frozen items. Excellent layout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, airy and very modern on the inside and there's a bistro to boot. Fresh fruits and vegetables are abundant (not just the usual ones either) and there's a little gift shop on the far end of the store too.
If you're looking for a premium shopping experience in Riviere-du-Loup, this is the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was passing through the town on vacation, grabbed a quick slice of pizza from the hot food section. Biggest mistake of my life. Easily the worst excuse for food I've ever had. Dogs wouldn't eat this and it should be illegal to serve food this bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful staff!!!! I can't say enough how nice the staff is here.. I don't speak French & EVERY person that works at this IGA treated me great... Unlike the Walmart across the street where staff turned there backs on me repeatedly!!
Just because I don't speak French, I have heard that if you don't speak French this is the standard way you get treated in Quebec
Well that's Not the case at this IGA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved my great experience here because the quality of your products and the prices is very good, your entire personnel including your manager is very nice, friendly and helpful and i loved mostly the Air Miles fidelity program. For groceries, i will recommend this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store was clean, but whoever is the manager at night is terrible. There were over 20 people waiting at the cashier, with only 2 cashiers working. We stood in line for at least 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff, very obvious prejudice to English people and people who have disabilities. They also don’t know the actual law in Quebec regarding mask exemptions. Zero professionalism from management. Learn the law, or don’t operate. It’s simple. I will be contacting IGAs corporate offices.
