★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is friendly and helpful and owner/ manager Jiang is easy to deal with. Prices are a tad lower than competitors. However, the quality of the doors are very poor. I ordered 7 prehung doors and 4 slab doors in the 3 panel shaker style, and the process took less than 2 weeks to manufacture. However once the doors were installed we noticed several deficiencies in the product. The primer/ coating used on the doors were peeling and cracking and the notcthe for the hinges were generically notched leaving a gap between the hinge and edge of the door. ( pics attached). When I called to inquire about the defects, I was politely told that this was how they notch all their doors referring to the process as "standard". Regarding the cracking / peeling of the primer, I was simply offerd an apology and that nothing else could be done. I would highly recommend using another supplier ( Kally Ltd/ Trim depot) instead of these guys guys and save yourself disappointment. The solid 3 panel doors were a mere $10 cheaper here but the final product was very cheap and poorly finished. I highly recommend inspecting the doors thoroughly prior to making full payment, transporting and installing them.
