I’m certain her diverse knowledge in this program, food and her own personal experience in this program has made her this amazing coach she is now. Kathy is always reachable, supportive and caring. I love her energetic personality.
Not forget, she always has a plan B for my cravings.

Everything that a person goes through when they embark on a weight loss journey Kathy has experienced herself (check out her before photos!). She understands the challenges that life presents and is gently able to provide suggestions and resources for enjoying life while still being able to stick with your weight loss journey. Her approach to the program is one of experience, practicality and hope. I feel so supported and encouraged and am so glad I picked this location.

Not only is Kathy kind and super knowledgeable about the program and overall health, she also always responds quickly to my random text messages throughout the week when I have any questions about program. She makes me feel like I have a private coach and I always look forward to seeing her. Kathy is honestly the best!
